Fasting Focus: No eating or drinking for 30 minutes each day. During this 30 minutes, you will reflect and meditate on the scripture reading for the day (see below). You can fast for a longer period of time if you so choose.
Prayer Focus: Ask God to show you how to apply today’s reading to your life and how to use it to help and encourage others.
